We used LEC for an airport transfer to Gatwick for our Honeymoon, they took all of the stress and hassle out of arranging the trip, all we did was give them the flight numbers and they let us know the timings, needless to say we arrived with plenty of time and well refreshed thanks complimentary water and a quick stop for breakfast. The car (Viano) was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, and well equipped with iPhone chargers. We will defiantly be using LEC again, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Once again we have heard nothing but praise for your drivers and the service that is provided for our staff. Our staff have mentioned that you are always either on time or early and is always greeted in a warm professional manner. They feel very safe with your drivers both in personality and driving ability. This is a welcome change from our previous experience with other companies we've used in the past. Airport Transfer - Used LEC (Mark in a Mercedes V Class) to transfer family of 5 between Leicester & Manchester Airport at inconvenient times of the weekend. Arrival/ transfers both ways were prompt efficient & exemplary. Large vehicle for us & all our luggage. Would definitely recommend & use again.

We recently used LEC as transport to and from our wedding venue. Throughout the booking process I was reassured by the helpful and courteous staff. On the day our car arrived reassuringly early, the car and driver pristine. Our experience using LEC just added to our special day. I would have no hesitation in using them again, every aspect of the service we received exceeded my expectations.

We had a brilliant trip with Mark in the Mercedes v class down to Gatwick airport the car was comfy and impeccably clean. Mark was lovely and made the trip even better. Mark was there bang on time. We returned to Heathrow and we had David on the way back he was so welcoming and made our trip really relaxing on the way back. I would thoroughly recommend LEC for anyone who is looking for an amazing service at an excellent price.

I have to say both airport transfers were excellent. Alex picked us up dead on time and Martin texted me whilst I was waiting for luggage to let me know exactly where he would be waiting in arrivals. These are the small details that made our journey less stressful. Both drivers were very smart and professional. LEC provide a top draw services which I will use again and have already recommended to friends.

Poor service. Very slow in response and telephone staff have no interpersonal skills. Also they charge extortionately and their pricing margins are not competitive to the Leicester chauffeur marketplace. . Would not recommend these sharks as they only want to dig into both your pockets and take you for a drive along the way.Worst chauffeur company in the midlands.

This was going to be a one off treat for an anniversary holiday. But having a car pick you up and drop you back off is now the way forward and I can't see me driving to an airport again. Mark was punctual, smart and polite with an immaculate car, what more could we want. See you again soon!

I have used the services of LEC for over a year - meeting several drivers on the team. The service is consistently high. Clean and smart cars (all Mercedes), well dressed and well mannered staff and importantly reliable in collection, pick up and safety.
